Also finished this week: Lucy in the Sky by Laura Chau! Knit in Madelinetosh Tosh Vintage, which turns out to be an UTTERLY LOVELY yarn in all ways. Springy and soft at the same time and smooth enough to be worn against bare skin. I think I might need different buttons, actually, but we shall see how it goes. I made ONLY ONE CHANGE to the pattern which is unprecedented for me. I changed the buttonholes.

This one got a severe wet block from me, and, being that I block in the basement and it’s January in Chicago, I was SORT OF afraid it would freeze. Happily, it did not and now we are together FOREVER. (I made myself sew the buttons on before I started designing my Dad’s Aran. Which should be fun. OFF I GO)
